Mechanical Engineer

Our client in the Engineering Industry based in Pretoria is currently looking to employ an ECSA Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer.

General Responsibilities

• Must have worked with the Govt Gazette fee structures.
• Must know the 6 stages of a project.
• Level of working knowledge of design software and samples of designs.
• Must be familiar with relevant SANS and OHSA regulations.
• Establish client requirements and preferences.
• Prepare and finalize the project concept.
• Develop the approved concept to finalising the design.
• Documentation and procurement.
• Contract administration and inspection.
• Project close-out.

Experience

• Largest HVAC systems.
• Fire Protection.
• WET Services.
• Lifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, technical, math, and science skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Must have prior consulting engineering experience in various projects.
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transport.
