Responsibilities
- Required to maintain company equipment such as compressors, UHPs and other related mechanical devices and equipment.
- Maintain company equipment in line with company procedures and industry best practices.
- Fault-find and investigate performance issues and repairs in line with industry best practices.
- Pack and unload company equipment in line with company procedures and guidelines.
- Always maintain a professional and courteous approach to colleagues and customers.
- Supervise positing of equipment; visually inspect and check all sea fastenings.
- Assist with completing paperwork while onsite such as timesheets, daily reports, pre-start checks, and task risk assessments.
- Work closely with the site supervisor on board to make sure that all connections are done as required by the blasting crew.
- Ensure that all safety devices are in place prior to allow the use of the compressor (this is to be done daily).
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 4 yeas experience in a similar role
