Requirements
- Tech / B.Sc / B.Eng degree in mechatronic or electronic engineering recognized by ECSA.
- Applicant must be of good health and be able to work onsite
- Experience in control system software development
- Experience in HMI development
- Experience with digital control systems
- Experience with different control system communication protocols
- Understanding of hydraulic control circuits
- Understanding of auto electric control circuits
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Own transport
- Experience in vehicle software development
- Experience with VSD / motor control
- Experience with Collision Avoidance System (CAS)
- Experience with electrical vehicles
- Understanding of trackless drivetrains
- Experience with IOT
- Experience with autonomous systems
- Experience within a trackless mining environment
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Project management capabilities
- Understanding of CAN bus
- Understanding of CodeSys
- Understanding of Danfoss Plus+1 Guide
- Develop new control software for machines
- Oversee onsite installations and testing at multiple sites
- Updating and improvement of current control software
- Development of machine specific diagnostic interface programs for field service technicians
- Commissioning and fault finding on new machines
