Minimum Requirements (Eligibility):
- Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution
- Fluent English
- Minimum 1 year of work experience after your Registration with SANC or another Relevant Nursing Council
- RN must be currently working in a Hospital setup in Critical Care Areas: ICU, MICU, SICU, CVICU, CCU, Stepdown/High Dependency Unit, Telemetry, Medical, Surgical, Emergency, OR (Laparoscopic experience), Cardiac Nurse, Telemetry, HDU, Intermediate care, Rehab, Neuro, Hemodialysis (with prior General Nursing experience), Oncology/Cancer Care, Ortho (Surgical), SNF, LTVU & LTC. RN working in Paediatric & L&D (with prior General Nursing experience), and Oncology/Cancer care must have a minimum of 2 years of current and consistent nursing experience in the specific field at a hospital or nursing facility.
- RNs current Hospital minimum bed capacity has to be more than 100 beds.
This process can take up to 18 months allowing you enough time to pass the required NCLEX and IETLS (TOEFL) qualifications (if not done already).
This process requires motivated candidates who are serious about a career abroad.
