Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST/PST
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Strategy Development: Develop and implement ad strategies tailored to the specific needs of clients in both the eCommerce and tech sectors.
- Platform Management: Manage ad campaigns on various platforms:
- B2C eCommerce: Meta, Google, TikTok.
- B2B Tech: LinkedIn, Google, Meta.
- Ad Setup and Launch: Create, set up, and launch ad campaigns, ensuring all elements are optimized for performance.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to identify the best-performing ad variations and optimize accordingly.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to clients.
- Pivot Strategies: Adjust ad strategies based on performance data to maximize ROI.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, establishing trust and demonstrating authority.
- Effective Ad Campaigns: Successfully launch and manage ad campaigns that meet client goals and drive significant results.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments.
- Client Satisfaction: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, evidenced by positive feedback and long-term partnerships.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Paid Media Buyer, with a strong background in either B2B or B2C advertising.
- Platform Proficiency: Expertise in managing ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok (for B2C eCommerce), and LinkedIn, Google, Meta (for B2B Tech).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
- A/B Testing: Proficiency in conducting A/B tests and optimizing ad performance.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent client-facing skills.
- Trust and Authority: Ability to establish trust and authority with clients through effective communication and results-driven strategies.
- Time Zone: Preference for candidates in PST, but EST candidates are also acceptable.
