What The Job Entails
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and management of client relationships within the video division, ensuring clients' needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and manage budgets, overseeing financial performance and ensuring projects stay within scope.
- Champion exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships based on trust, open communication, and a deep understanding of their goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects, from concept to delivery, aligning with clients' visions.
- Drive innovation, identifying opportunities to deliver cutting-edge content solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Foster an entrepreneurial culture within the video division, inspiring the team to think creatively and take ownership of their projects.
- Establish and maintain KPIs to measure project success, and continuously optimize processes for improved efficiency and quality.
- Present and communicate project progress, updates, and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a mentor to your team, providing guidance, support, and fostering their professional growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to keep the division at the forefront of innovation.
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in a senior role, preferably as an Account Director or similar, within a creative or content-focused agency.
- In-depth understanding of video production, content marketing, and digital media.
- Strong business acumen with a history of successfully managing budgets, client relationships, and project lifecycles.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a start-up mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and results persuasively.
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is preferred.
