A well-established organization in Groenkloof is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. Salary is R 15 000 per month + Commission
Qualifications and Experience:
- Have 3 Years’ Experience in the Claims Processing Environment
- Tertiary commerce or another relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- Have a background in marketing
- Have Experience within the Medical Services Claims Industry & knowledge of Legislation Regulations
- Have Matric
- Must have Medical Aid, COIDA & Medical Act Knowledge
- Must be computer literate
- Have an understanding of mathematical & other numerical information
Key Performance Areas:
- Take ownership of the conceptualization, setup and implementation of new business ventures;
- Train and develop staff members for new products and/or services, with the aim of continued improvement and optimization of resources;
- Continuous improvement of relationships with existing clients;
- Market and industry research;
- Weekly feedback reporting to management; and
- Ad hoc tasks in line with the company’s objectives as and when required.
