SALES CONSULTANTS – MEDICAL AID
REQUIRED NATIONALLY, SOUTH AFRICA
HEAD OFFICE IN PRETORIA
Opportunity for both experienced and inexperienced sales people to CREATE A SUCCESSFUL CAREER WITHIN AN ESTABLISHED BUSINESS, offering 18 Medical Aids to choose from. Service offering includes Gap Cover and Funeral Cover.
EXPERIENCED:
- Grade 12
- RE5 Completed if working in industry longer than 2 years
- NQF5 Completed if working in industry longer than 6 years
- 120 FAIS credits
- Prior Medical Aid sales a definite advantage
INEXPERIENCED:
- Grade 12
- Must complete RE5 by end of 2nd year in the industry
(Company will only pay for the 1st exam, if not successful, it is for your own account)
- Must complete NQF5 by end of 6th year in the industry
(Company pays 50% of cost, provided that student passes each exam)
- Training to be provided
- Excellent market related program developed to assist you in having product knowledge on hand

- Payment done on approval, not after first payment received – paid end of month if approved by 20th

- Company supply full back-office support:
o Rep brings signed application to “New Business Division”. They check if accurate and contact client if more info is required
o “Client Service Dept” deals with all queries from Medical Aid and/or client, they arrange authorisation and consult with doctors if accounts are incorrect
o “Maintenance Dept” deals with cancellations, upgrading, add on and deletion of beneficiaries, tries to retain clients on reps behalf and informs rep if unsuccessful
