- At least five years relevant experience in a leader/shift leader position in the Paediatric ward
- Registration of SANC and proof of indemnity cover are pre-requisites
- A pleasant disposition
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Own transport would be advantageous
- Ability to work flexible shifts
