KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage this practice and manage medical staff
- Preparation and management of capital and human resources budgets
- Manage quality service delivery
- Human Resource and performance management of staff
- Manage practice relationship with the various practices
- Quality management with reference to quality improvement processes including accreditation and risk management
- Ensure effective doctor, staff and patient relationships

APPLICANTS FOR THIS POSITION MUST:
- Previous Practice management experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Management capacity
- A disposition towards quality and excellent patient care
- Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication skills and the ability to function well under pressure
- Financal management skills
- Knowledge of private hospital environment will be an advantage
- Maintain a professional image and character
