Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet patients in a warm and friendly manner.
- Register new patients and capture insurance information.
- Manage and schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of healthcare providers' time. Coordinate and confirm appointments via phone, email, or messaging system.
- Handle appointment cancellations and rescheduling as needed.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate individual.
- Respond to inquiries from patients, families, and other healthcare providers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Relay messages accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and maintaining the office.
- Matric
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar medical receptionist position
- Computer literate (Healthbridge would be an added advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as was as with a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Organized
- Computer literacy

- Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00
- Possible overtime as needed.
- Possible Saturdays as needed.
