Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reception duties
- Diary and booking management
- Run busy consultation days smoothly and in an organised and efficient manner
- Assist the accounts manager with the debtor book collections
- Assist with WCA paperwork where required
- Monitor and triage all patient enquiries and emails
- Attend to all emergency bookings
- Very organised and efficient
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Polite, warm and friendly
- Strong work ethic
- Experience in a medical practice is a pre-requisite
- Ability to work after hours if the need requires
- Prepared to go the extra mile on a daily basis
- Microsoft office skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Own transport is essential. Required to travel to Simons Town every Friday.
- Diploma in business administration and or marketing is an advantage
