Medical Training Coordinator Ax

Job Description
Support the Medical Education activities for HCPs in all field-based medical activities required aiming to achieve company objectives. Implement customer education and training programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all Ax HCP training programs.
- Implementation of Galderma training and medical education strategies
- Coordinate training modules and materials with local Trainers
- Support local congress workshops and participation
- Support the Medical Education, Market access and Sales Team. Plan and implement technical product training programs for customers and employees.
- To support governing the ethical practices of all medical activities with the aim to foster the ethical and scientific image of the company as a leading pharmaceutical company.
- Facilitate the implementation of the regional training and medical Education plan
- Support in reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies, and establishing personal networks. Effectively manage the entire training project lifecycle.
- Develop training documentation and use a variety of training mediums such as classes, workshops, computer based training and on-line help.
- Support to measure training ROI and pilot test new training techniques, tools and processes to increase training effectiveness.
- Support in planning for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of Galderma.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in coordinating medical trainings / medical affairs within the aesthetic Industry.
- Excellent computer skills, including in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong digital understanding
- Previous marketing and sales experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills - including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to customers and key stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Interest in trends and new technology.
- English excellent (spoken & written).
