MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To manage the financial department and all related processes to ensure effective management of hospital revenue and expenses and oversee the quality of outcomes of the different supportive services departments.

Required Education
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Degree or equivalent qualification within financial, business, or accounting.
DESIRED EDUCATION: Accountant or Chartered Accountant
Required Experience
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years of financial experience. 3-5 years experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 5 years financial administration manager experience within the hospital/healthcare industry.
