Menlo Park, Pretoria: ADMINISTRATION CLERK/MANAGER - FUEL & SERVICE STATION)
Minimum Requirements:
-Female, preferably aged between 25 - 45 years
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 2 years Administration/Managerial experience a must
-Strong administration skills
-Computer literate and fully proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
-Reliable and trustworthy
-Friendly with good people skills
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays from 07h30am - 17h30pm and Saturdays from 08h00am - 12h00pm
Duties:
-Full Administration duties for Fuel Service Station
-Staff management
-Cash up
-Ordering of stock
-Banking
-Stock take
-Filing
-Handling all client queries and/or complaints
Salary: R 5 500.00 - R 6 500.00 gross maximum (Depending on relevant experience)
