Menlyn, Pretoria: HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR & PAYROLL ASSISTANT
Minimum Requirements:
-Preference to BEE females
-Fully bilingual with excellent English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-HR Certificate or HR Diploma advantageous
-Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Human Resources and Payroll Administration A MUST (KEY REQUIREMENT)
-Strong computer literacy
-Computer literate and experienced in VIP Payroll
-Highly organized with excellent communication skills
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Willing to go the extra mile
-Experience in updating salaries as per timesheets and updating leave on payroll system
-Experience in managing Payroll and leave queries
-Experience in monthly Provident Fund schedule update and monthly deductions (garnishees, UIF etc.)
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Take-on and Exit administration
-Manage the company’s SOP regarding new employees
-Manage registrations with MIBCO
-Provident Fund administration
-Filing and creation of employee files
-Other HR duties as required from time to time
-Update salaries as per timesheets
-Update leave on the payroll system
-Manage Payroll and leave queries
-Monthly Provident Fund schedule update
-Monthly deductions (garnishees, UIF etc.)
-Manage personnel data, including allocations
-Uniform Administer and stock take
Salary: R 8 000.00 gross (not negotiable)
