Menlyn, Pretoria: HUMAN RESOURCES PRACTITIONER
Minimum Requirements:
-Male or female (Preference to males)
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (First & second languages a must)
-Matric / Grade 12
-BCom HR Management Degree (Or similar relevant Tertiary Qualification)
-Minimum 5 years experience in similar HR role
-Excellent HR Practitioner experience, including the application of required legislation knowledge and experience
-Excellent negotiating and communication skills
-Excellent knowledge and working experience on Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and Internet
-VIP Payroll experience a must
-Quick learner on software applications
-Ability to work with minimum or no supervision
-Effective planning, organized, multitask, and report writing skills
-Excellent time management skills.
-Assertive and strict with strong personality
-Stable employment record

-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Review, document and maintain HR Policies, Procedures and Practices
-Coordinate the documentation of all Job Profiles
-Coordinate the recruitment process including interviews, reference checks, vetting and clearances
-Drafting and administrating of Employment contracts and necessary agreements
-Manage the administration of Personal Files, employment, promotions, transfers, contract terminations
-Manage the Grievance process, Disciplinary cases and where refereed, the CCMA
-Review and introduction of an Induction and HR awareness Programs
-Payroll function in conjunction with the Remuneration Committee monthly meeting outcomes
-Manage Staff Time keeping and Absenteeism processes and administration
-Coordinate the Performance Management review Process
-Support in the compliance of the Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Compensation of Occupational Injuries and Deceases Act and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act.
-Ensure that the required registrations and report submissions are adhered to with respect to the Department of Labour i.e. Employment Equity Reports and Plans / Letter of Good Standing and MICT SETA (WSP / ATR)
-Manage Department of Labour visits / audits
-Implementing Staff Wellness Programs, Succession planning, Career Development Plans, Staff Participation / Recognition Programs
-Coordinate the Skills Development and Employment Equity Committees
Provide Internal Training on the Company’s Integrated Management System
Support in the Health and Safety Management Program
-Management of Human Resources data, information and intelligence and provide feedback to EXCO as agreed
-Managing and correspondence with external Recruitment Companies
Salary: R 25 000.00 gross
