Menlyn, Pretoria: SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Job Function: Managing the company's Sales and Marketing initiatives by using market research and analysis to direct Sales and Marketing strategy and planning. Securing new business, maintaining and developing client relationships
Minimum Requirements:
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English (First & second languages)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing Management A MUST
-5 to 8 years Sales and Marketing experience (Internal and External Sales & Marketing) A MUST
-Experience in Parking Management industry or similar / related industry A MUST
-Sales Management experience preferred
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Experience in successfully managing key client relationships
-Computer literate
-Willing to go the extra mile
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Maintain and develop Sales and Marketing portfolio (Parking Management)
-Sourcing new business within the Parking Industry
-Sales and Marketing Strategy and Demand Creation
-Develop and implement Sales and Marketing strategy
-Manage the Sales and Marketing budget
-Design, develop and maintain company Sales and Marketing material and website
-Design and manage the digital & social media Sales and Marketing strategy
-Create a nationwide integrated Sales and Marketing communications plan
-Manage and coordinate all Sales and Marketing, advertising and promotion activity
-Manage the productivity of the Sales and Marketing plans and projects
-Public Relations and Media Plan Management
-Manage web content
-Brand Management
-Monitor and analyze competitors
-Implement consistent brand and Sales and Marketing communications across the whole dealer network
-Suggest new Sales and Marketing ideas and develop new Sales and Marketing material as required
-Event Management as and when required
-General Sales and Marketing activities
-Internal and External Sales and Marketing activities, including CSI activities.
Salary: R 35 000.00 gross
Benefits: Monthly petrol budget of R 5 000, R 1000 cellphone allowance, commission on sales, performance bonus, provident fund
