To manage the early morning / end of day team to ensure accurate receiving and replenishment of stock, management of accurate stock accuracy, preparation of the food market for early morning / end of day procedures and contributing to the execution of operational excellence within the store.
- Pack out back-up stock
- Remove waste from the shop floor and back-up areas
- Replenish stock (including date and stock rotation)
- Verify temporary out of stock
- Place correct tickets according to out of stock items
- Maintain shop keeping and Foods Supply Chain disciplines
- Conduct accurate temperature checks
- Be available and flexible to work different shifts and extended hours

- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF would be advantageous
