Merchandiser FTC | Craft Liquor Merchants | Cape Town

Craft Liquor Merchants is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Merchandisers on a fixed-term contract. Based in Cape Town, you'll be working in a dynamic environment, ensuring that our products shine in the competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers and consumers.
• Count and determine stock to be merchandised. Draw stock requirements.
• Correctly merchandise. Keep shelf and back-up clean and organised.
• Executing merchandising activities as per cycle brief.
• Delivering customer satisfaction by managing customer communication.
• Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions. Effectively record merchandising activities.
• Executing calls as per call cycle.
• Advice FSM on identified opportunities in the store.

Qualifications And Experience

• Grade 12.
• CWA or WSET (Beneficial)
• Merchandising experience.
• At least12 months experience in an FMCG merchandising environment.
• Valid driver's license.
