Merit Desktop Investigator

What will you do?

The position will include, but is not limited to, validation of all incidents/claims with high & medium merit indicator, which may include interviewing witnesses, SAPS officials, towing operators, finalizing of reports and administration, liaising with service providers. Handling of admin and/or call requests from outlying investigators. Handling and resolving all queries and problems from any service providers and/or clients on an outlying investigator claim.

What will make you successful in this role?

Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4

FAIS accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial

Minimum Experience

Minimum 3 years claims motor experience

Minimum 3 years in the STI (Short Term Insurance) environment

Valid Drivers Licence
