- Compensation: $10/hour US on long-term contract.

You have a detail-oriented mindset, with a strong background in project coordination, resource management, and working with data. You are autonomously organized, enjoy building organizational systems and workflows, have a positive attitude and excel at working with others, always getting what you need from other teams and departments. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro or an understanding of Video NLE platforms (Final Cut, Avid, Vega, etc) with a clear desire to learn. Experience with Wrike management, data report pulling, and metadata tagging will be a significant advantage.
What Will You Be Working On?
- Resource Management Ensuring efficient use of editors and other resources, you'll be the go-to person for coordinating our creative assets and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Project Coordination Overseeing small projects and assisting with high-level tasks. You'll be the linchpin that keeps us on track, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows smoothly between all parties.
- Data Analytics Pulling data reports and conducting data analysis to inform decision-making. Your findings will help shape our direction and ensure we're making data-driven decisions.
- Casting and Outreach You'll assist with casting cattle calls for Creative Directors, conducting UGC outreach on various platforms.
- Delivery and Quality Control Ensuring our media is delivered on time and meets our high standards. You'll conduct quality control checks and manage any issues that arise.
- Wrike Management You'll become our Wrike expert, managing tickets, linking footage, and ensuring visibility across all projects. Your management will help us stay organized and efficient.
- Metadata Tagging Regularly updating and managing manual meta tags on Smartly. Your attention to detail will ensure our content is easily searchable and organized.
- Email Coordination Assisting the email team with various tasks, helping to streamline communication and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- File Management Organizing files in Iconik.io, managing master files, and keeping track of project file updates.

What You Need To Succeed
- 2+ Years Experience In a similar role, ideally within a creative or marketing team.
- Adobe Suite Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, with an emphasis on Premier Pro.
- Data Analytics Proficiency in data analytics and report generation, with a high-level of detail.
- Project Management Experience managing projects and working collaboratively with other departments and teams.
- Driven to Excellence An ownership mentality with a relentless inner drive to excellence that other people who arent built that way find disturbingly intense :-)
- Exceptional Communication Skills A perceptive listener who quickly synthesizes info and can formulate a methodical action plan that can be clearly articulated verbally and in writing.
