Mid Level Business Analyst

Out client, a Financial Institute, has various vacancies for Mid Level Business Analysts. Contract position for 6 six months can become permanent. Hybrid position, mostly remote. Some travelling may be involved.

Strong Agile experience and will need to teach the Client the Agile way.

A creative BA who has experience in CRM and UI/UX design.

• Banking experience (not essential)
• Cash processing (beneficial)
• Travelling will be required when there is a JAD session and the candidate is working from home, they will need to go to one of the Clients centres to attend these sessions.
• Reliability - get things done, deliver on commitments.
• Good communicator.
• Think out of the box. Be able to explain to Stakeholders that there is a better solution (not just a copy and paste solution)
• Typically, someone who has worked in supply chain, logistics projects, and IT projects, Innovation, or Integration projects

Adaptability and flexibility between solutions from being simplistic to complex projects.

Creative business analyst skills.

Work in partnership with the Project Manager.

Strong Analytical skills.

Strong understanding and communication of the English Language.

Excellent Business Writing Skills.

Ability to question proposed solutions and make recommendations.

A business analyst who can assist in finding the right solution.

Ability to work on multiple projects (up to 6) simultaneously.

Strong Leadership skills and stakeholder management skills.
