Job Description:
As a Mid to Senior Graphic Designer at DarkMatter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity and delivering high-quality design projects. You will work closely with our clients and internal team to create compelling and effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various design projects, including digital and print media.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
- Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Proven experience as a Mid to Senior Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
