TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Millwright within the Grain division for our Grain storage facilities in and around Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Installation of new grain handling equipment according to specifications
• Regular maintenance of handling equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshooting and repair of machinery breakdowns
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks to avoid costly downtime
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations
• Following safety protocols and guidelines at all times according to OHS Act and company policies and procedures.
• Perform scheduled inspections with depot managers to identify each depots maintenance needs
• Material requirements planning

Requirements And Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Qualified Millwright (Red Seal)
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a millwright in a similar role
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of industrial grain handling equipment and processes
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to do mechanical fabrication if needed
• Willing to work overtime if needed, i.e break stops
