Millwright

Conducting planned maintenance (repairs, replacements) on mechanical and electrical on plant equipment.
Identifying plant equipment deficiencies (inspection / defect identification).
Providing timely response (effective trouble shooting) to critical plant equipment breakdowns (reactive maintenance).
Participate in structured problem-solving exercises (Root Cause Analysis) with operational team i.e., Safety, Production, Process and Engineering.
Able to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Complete daily Work Orders / Job Cards (Planned and Reactive).
Adhering to all company safety and security policies and procedures.
Maintaining meaningful contribution and participation in meetings and audits (engineering, safety, production, etc.).
Coach, mentor and train operators, learners and apprentices as may be required.
Good Housekeeping Factory and Workshop.
