Production Fleet Systems Superintendent - Mining

Description

Hire Resolve's client, a reputable mining company based in the Northern Cape, is currently seeking a Production Fleet Systems Superintendent to join their mining team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal utilization of the production fleet, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies and procedures to optimize efficiencies
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production planning and fleet optimization
• Lead and develop a team of fleet maintenance technicians

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering/Geology/Mine Surveying
• Supervisory Certificate
• 5 years' experience in production management/fleet management systems
• Practical experience with SQL, Visual Basic, or a similar coding language.
• 2 years' operational experience with ERP systems, including a background in data structures.
• Experience in a supervisory or project management role, such as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Project Leader.
