Thapelo Caiphus Thobejane did his Diploma in metallurgical engineering at the Vaal University of Technology. He has 6 months experience in metallurgical field as he worked as a metallurgy in-service trainee at Ingwenya Mineral Processing (North Block Colliery Mine) on a DMS (Dense medium separation) plant and working as a shift metallurgist from September 2022 til to date at Ingwenya Mineral Processing (North Block Colliery Mine). My objective is to secure a challenging position that will offer me the opportunity to develop new skills while strengthening those I already possess. My aim is to be part of motivated team in an organisation that promotes team effort and provides opportunities for career growth.

I'm looking for learnerships in the mining industry and retail store jobs preferably I'm looking for general workers jobs. I'm a hard worker and I'm a fast learner which will be favourable during the training process, I can work well in teams I will bring changes in the industry using my intellectual skills.

Reason being of me begging for any job position is because I'm my family's last hope since I completed my Matric last year I'm willing to give my all in any job vacancy I'll be offered I have siblings but they are not working reason being the one is disabled and the other had consequences while at school and ended not completing school, I'm the only one at home amongst my siblings that completed Matric I really kindly wish I can be offered any job vacancy to help my family because I really tried applying at Varsities with no luck and that as a young person depresses me because I deeply wanna change my home's situation since I'm their last hope by all means I'm willing to do anything as in like anything also my siblings are trying with no luck and that is very sad since most of job vacancies have requirements ,I am a fast learner whenever I'm being told things and I'm proud of that because that add to an advantage.
