Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Related tertiary qualification (Not required but advantageous)
- Experience in a legal environment or position (Not required but advantageous)
- Liabilities and/or Recoveries experience, specific to Motor Vehicle Accident (Not required but advantageous)
- Sound knowledge of Motor Vehicle Collisions and Apportionment of Damages Act
- Analytical thinking and strategic objective execution
- Redefining processes and procedures to optimize efficiencies within the Legal Department
- Ensure efficient service quality standards to clients, brokers and third parties
- Strong administration skills
