Monument Park, Pretoria: LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable Afrikaans speaking female, preferably aged 35 – 50 years
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans & English (First & Second languages, with good English proficiency)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 4 years recent experience in High Court- and Magistrate’s Court Litigation at a law firm a must
-Experience in Third Party Claims (on behalf or Plaintiff) advantageous
-Good typing skills
-Computer literate in Lexpro
-Stable employment record
-Non smoker
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Typing of High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation
-Typing and handling of Third Party Claims
-Arranging medico-legal appointments for clients
-Handling of correspondence matters
-Attend to applications for summary judgement, curator ad litem bonis, Section 85, Sales in Executions etc.
-Debt Collection
--Drafting and typing of legal documents
-General secretarial duties
-General administrative duties
Salary: R 12 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience)
