Motorcycle Rider

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Motorcycle Rider to join our team. As a Motorcycle Rider, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe delivery of various items, packages, and documents to designated locations. You will play a vital role in representing our company to our customers, ensuring deliveries are made promptly and professionally.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motorcycle for delivery purposes.
• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and other items to assigned locations.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Verify the accuracy of delivery addresses and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the assigned motorcycle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Report any delivery issues, discrepancies, or vehicle maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and report them to the dispatch team.
• Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed.

Skills Required

• Valid motorcycle license (Class M).
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Experience Required

• Proven experience as a motorcycle courier or similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with the operation of a motorcycle for delivery purposes.
• Previous experience in planning and optimizing delivery routes.
• Record-keeping skills, including maintaining accurate records of deliveries.
• Handling customer inquiries and addressing concerns professionally
