RETAIL MANAGER – DURBAN

Requirements

Our clients, who are major players in the retail FMCG industry, are looking for a talented Retail Manager to join their team. Experience and Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in retail management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control department gross profits.
• Conduct regular checks on fridge temperatures.
• Uphold store hygiene standards.
• Ensure staff adherence to company standards.
• Drive sales through effective strategies.
• Manage store expenses within budget constraints.
• Oversee replenishment processes for all departments daily.
• Collaborate with receiving to optimize perishable food handling.
