Job Description

To provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs, expectation and providing solutions including directing customers to the correct channel in adherence to procedural, productivity and quality standards. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

This role is responsible for the complete end to end resolution of technical and complex client queries, escalations or complaints, whilst strengthening & maintaining relationships between Members / clients/intermediaries and Old Mutual. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts, often working across organisational boundaries to facilitate problem resolution. The role requires a technical understanding to approach and respond to queries raised. The role requires extensive knowledge of the Retirement Fund Admin value chain.

Initiates processes via mixed media (Email /Web chat / In-Bound Calls)

Manages processed initiated including : Enquiries, Money Out , Change requests, Money in, New Business Servicing

Deals with first line queries

Deals with first line escalations

Be able to work under pressure

Must display sound planning & organising skills

Proven problem solving skills and ability to take ownership for problems

Self-motivated and action-orientated, with high levels of energy and self-confidence.
