The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of an 80+-hectare fruit farm, ensuring effective resource management and high-quality output. With a focus on modern agriculture, this role requires a hands-on approach to farm management, including production scheduling, pest control, and irrigation management, while leading and developing a high-performance team. Strong leadership, financial control, and innovation in farming techniques are essential to succeed in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Forestry, with 5-7 years of practical experience in farm management. Advanced computer skills and knowledge of audit standards are crucial. Applicants must be physically fit, fluent in English, and willing to work overtime when needed.
