Job Description
The People Learning Data Administrator is responsible for maintaining high-integrity People Learning data in accordance with business requirements, compiling accurate reporting, and providing support and guidance on people learning data.
Minimum Requirements
Matric or NQF 4
- Knowledge and understanding of Learning Management Systems
- Knowledge of L&D processes
- Microsoft Office skills
- 3 years as an HR or Learning data Administrator (directly responsible for learning data processing)
People Learning Data Administration
- Capture People Central Learning data in compliance with Nandos policies, procedures, and practices
- Provide regional training teams with franchise master data lists monthly for review with franchisees and sign-off.
- Capture new franchise Nandocas master data when submitted by the regional training teams.
- Update existing franchise Nandocas master data when submitted by the regional training teams.
- Create learning events in People Central Learning for training undertaken in the regions for groups of Nandocas, including all programmes, legislation training and specific menu items training in casas.
- Generate attendance registers for created events and email to the respective facilitator.
- Obtain signed-off attendance register, attach in People Central Learning and close out event.
- Capture individual learner records accurately and timeously, as requested from regional Skills Trainers, Hatchling Programme Managers (HPMs) and Regional Training Managers (RTMs) for all the training undertaken in the casas.
- Correct all master data integrity verification feedback from the People Systems Administrator.
- Load and verify Target Audiences on learning pathways.
- Create Learning Interventions in People Central Learning.
- Create new and update existing Jobs and Positions.
- Quality assure data integrity of master data.
- Respond to queries to support line managers and end-users with people learning data as captured in People Central Learning.
- Provide basic training and guidance to end users on the use in People Central Learning.
- Support end users on how to run reports on People Central Learning.
- Participate in People Central Learning testing as received from the People Systems Administrator.
- Run and compile reporting according to requirements as defined by the People Learning Administration processes.
- Log reporting change requirements with the People Systems Administrator.
- Prepare reporting and support the BBBEE, annual workplace skills plan and annual training report process.
