Duties & Responsibilities
- Effective management of investigations in the various divisions in compliance with legislation and company policy(Internal)
- Investigate all incidents/allegations of criminal activity involving customers and employees.
- Investigate incidents resulting in injury, damage, or financial loss.
- Create a case docket for each investigation, documenting all pertinent information and securing evidence.
- Manage case dockets effectively, initiating, finalizing, and recording appropriate processes and actions.
- Mine customer base and pipeline to extract investigative services as a commercial product and/or value add services (External)
- Collaborate with onsite teams to foster a customer-focused attitude, prioritizing activities that enhance customer lifetime value and revenue streams.
- Engage with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services.
- Administer client satisfaction surveys to gauge satisfaction levels with products and services.
- Stay informed about business developments and strategic objectives.
- Offer guidance on workplace management framework changes and compliance as needed.
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated queries through follow-up and follow-through.
- Develop an effective informer network across the business.
- Identify and recruit informers to gather information on criminal activity affecting company customers.
- Identify value-added services and potential revenue streams.
- Develop an effective investigative subcontracting model
- Establish effective subcontracting for investigations and meet SLA requirements.
- Identify potential revenue streams and value-added services.
- Ensure effective liaison with SAPS structures across the national business and in region.
- Maintain communication with local SAPS structures.
- Assist SAPS officials for criminal prosecution of cases related to company's customers.

- SAPS exposure would be an added advantage
