Our client is a multinational FMCG brand looking for a National Key Accounts Manager, to be based in Johannesburg, for some of their main accounts.
Job Description
The successful National Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for the following:
- CUSTOMER / SHOPPER UNDERSTANDING & INSIGHTS
- CATEGORY GROWTH SPACES & SELLING STORY DEVELOPMENT
- PROFITABLE REVENUE GROWTH MANAGEMENT
- CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
- KEY BANNER NEGOTIATIONS
- SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT & REPORTING
The successful National Key Accounts Manager will fit the following profile:
- 3-year suitable degree or equivalent qualification
- 3 years National Key Account Management experience
- 3 years previous Field Sales experience dealing with Key Accounts a must
- Work in an ever-changing environment - Flexibility and a can do attitude
- Can navigate independently in the FMCG sector
- Thinking on your feet and working in an agile environment
- Creates a meaningful future by challenging , driving transformation & co-building a compelling Vision
- Opens connections inside and outside by building, influencing and mobilising stakeholders through own convictions
