A dynamic national restaurant franchise requires the services of a secretary to assist the National Operations manager.
The successful candidate must be well-spoken, intuitive, hard-working and dedicated. Must be able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities for the National Operations Manager will include but not be limited to:
Diary and schedule management.
Support and assist.
Responsible for travel / accommodation arrangements.
Assist in the co-ordination, planning and executing of operations.
Assist and manage office admin and personal requirements.
Requirements and Competencies:
Matric Certificate.
Completed secretarial courses as advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to complete multiple tasks or projects with minimal supervision.
Deadline driven and team orientated.
Driver’s license and own transport.
Attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to get things done.
Salary R9000 PM
