Brilliant opportunity for an experienced, executive level, sales manager to join a renowned company supplying the Life Science, Medical diagnostic, and related laboratory industries. Do you have more than 10 years working experience, with at least 5 of those leading and managing a sales team in this industry?
This role is integral to the executive function of the team. Main roles will be focussed on leading and directing the sales team (including a team of sales reps, product, and support specialists), developing sales strategies, budget preparations, client relationship management, among others.
Requirements
- Masters/PhD in Life Science related discipline + additional management qualifications
- 10y+ working experience in related sales, 5y+ management of sales + people experience
- Must have Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) experience
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems
- Verifiable sales management track record
- Exceptional communication skills & ability to work with people
- Availability to travel when necessary
- Drivers license, own transport
- Valid passport & willing to travel nationally & internationally
