- Manage the relationships with external Service Providers and Registering Authorities to ensure that expectations and turnaround times are met as per MOA/SLA.
- Manage relationships with internal departments by providing assistance and support where it is required.
- Ensure that Admin Issues preventing registration are speedily investigated and resolved.
- Managing customer complaints regarding vehicle registrations.
- Maintain a good working relationship with the ICB, SAPS pounds, Registering Authorities, RTMC, and any other relevant stakeholders.
- Manage all in-house registration fand licensing functions and ensure effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Admin Training Manager to ensure all admin staff are on standard and have the required training to complete their daily duties.
- Lead by example with good ethics, habits and personal character.
- Monitor statistics and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Manage the financial responsibilities of the department, and submit payments for processing.
- Ensure the proper reconciliation of all transactions performed.
- Participate in weekly meetings.
- Must be able to complete basic HR tasks like overtime, interviews etc.
- Must have minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience.
- Must have a 3 year Diploma / Degree.
- Must reside in Gauteng.
