Responsibilities
As part of the Sales team, you'll be a key part of driving business growth and client management. You will be focused on client relationships and be allowed to grow in a well-structured and rewarding work environment. Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and work on existing leads efficiently.
- Complete sales reports on the CRM system (training will be provided).
- Meet and exceed sales targets monthly/annually.
- Attend meetings with clients.
- Client Retention, building a relationship with clients is important.
- Experience in the security industry will be beneficial.
- Diploma/Post-Graduate in Sales will be advantageous.
- Previous sales experience in selling guards extremely advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A drivers license is required. Non-negotiable.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Self-motivated, not let down by difficult working environment/failure to close sales.
