JOB PURPOSE
Oversee and manage various back-office functions including risk mitigation, financial movement management, system improvement proposals, and customer retention efforts.
Job Outputs And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member/customer retention.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall member experience.
- Track the volume and quality of interactions through various channels.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to identify areas for system improvement.
- Propose and implement enhancements to streamline back-office processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Oversee, process and mitigate risk by enforced insurance.
- Confirmation of Insurance Cover oversee process/ mitigate risk by enforced insurance and manage forced insurance product
- Oversee the accurate processing of financial transactions and ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
- Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organizational goals. Implement remedial actions where required.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of organizational standards, policies and procedures within the Member Experience environment and monitor implementation to ensure full compliance.
- Adhere to statutory regulations, organizational standards, policies and procedures. Report non-compliance and implement remedial action(s).
- Identify potential risks associated with financial transactions and uninsured access. Update risk register and implement remedial actions.
- Collaborate with training and learning department to ensure business understands Outstanding Debt Product.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and supervise subordinate activities to ensure efficiency and achievement of goals.
- Participate in people development initiatives.
- Agree and implement own and sub-ordinates' development plans.
- Post secondary non-tertiary education (with Grade 12 Mathematics and/or Accounting) - Essential
- Diploma in Business, Sales or Finance Management - Recommended
- 3 years Operational experience in Back-office operations within a financial institution - Essential
- 2 years Supervisory experience in Back-office operations within a financial institution - Essential -
- Drivers License - Code B Motor Vehicle License - Advantageous
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
