As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, youll play a pivotal role in supporting our team across all facets of the sourcing and administration process to meet our clients unique recruitment needs. Exceptional administrative and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key responsibilities for this Talent Acquisition Consultant position in South Africa include:
- Demonstrated understanding of foreign markets, preferably Europe, Asia, or the Americas.
- Profound knowledge of recruiting within tech, digital, or online markets.
- Innate ability to listen, comprehend, and independently execute tasks.
- Identifying top-tier candidates for Account Managers, the broader team, and clients.
- Establishing and nurturing a pipeline of prospective candidates.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with Account Managers.
- Screening and interviewing candidates for specific roles.
- Assisting with response management, coordinating interviews, and collecting feedback.
- Proficiency in utilizing research and tech-based resourcing tools for recruitment.
- Flexibility to work varying hours as per client time zones.
- Handling telephone inquiries.
- Undertaking ad hoc projects and requests as needed.
- 2+ years of commercial recruitment experience with a focus on a specific continent, ideally Europe/UK, Africa, Asia, The Americas, etc.
- Prior international recruitment experience is essential.
- Exceptional command of the English language.
- Proficiency in business-level French, Spanish, or Portuguese would be highly advantageous.
