Key Responsibilities
- Checking of invoices for accuracy & matching to purchase orders;
- Processing supplier invoices;
- Reconciliation to supplier statements;
- Resolve queries;
- Timely payment and management of AP ageing;
- Month-end processes i.e. re-allocations of expenses and accruals;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Experience on Accounting software;
- Tertiary qualification in accounting / bookkeeping an advantage;
- Working experience in accounts payable / creditors an advantage;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Accurate;
- Deadline oriented.
