The function
In your role as a Sales Consultant, you will be part of our ambitious and rapidly growing sales team based in Cape Town (De Waterkant).
Our sales team converts leads into sales opportunities, advises potential clients to develop solar energy solutions for them, and manages the entire sales cycle from start to finish. You will be working with a team that is mission-driven and determined to make affordable, carbon-neutral, and decentralized energy solutions available to everyone.
Your impact
- You will conduct video consultations with potential customers and build personal customer relationships with future Solyans.
- You will use your consultative sales skills to convince warm leads - people who actively show an interest in our products - to make Soly their preferred solar energy supplier and contribute to the growth of our business.
- You will provide clients with customized solutions that allow them to save costs, be part of the green energy transition, and maximize the benefits of our solar energy system.
- By building up and growing your own customer base, you will make a significant contribution to a more sustainable South Africa.
- You can communicate fluently in English verbally and in writing.

- You can be deployed flexibly, as we are open from Monday to Thursday until 9:00 PM, on Friday until 5:00 PM and Saturday until 1:00 PM. If you work full-time, we would like to see you two evenings a week. Saturdays are alternated.
