Job Specification Requirements
- Valid South African License, valid PDP
- Matric / Degree
- Fluent in English (write, speak and read)
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint user
- Technical knowledge (Will be an advantage)
- Ability to Identify gaps in skills.
- Must had developed and delivered course content
- Must have a good understanding of the business system (plant hire industry)
- Proven experience in creating and teaching adult business courses
- Experience in change management
- Experience in document version control
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizations skills.
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
- Skilled in report writing.
- Capable of creating engaging content.
- Provide comprehensive training including advanced, ongoing, new hire, and ad hoc sessions as requested.
- Managing classroom and virtual environment (If needed) to ensure optimal learning experiences.
- Facilitate / deliver all classes assigned to learners using adult learning principals.
- Ability to relate to business principles across different levels, from middle management to basic administration.
- Process-orientated with a clear understanding of business systems and the ramifications of failure.
- Possess a thorough grasp of quality as a foundational business principle.
- Must be able to create a repository (library of course content) covering diverse topics, ranging from quality management, customer service, sales and personnel development.
