The successful applicant will be responsible for translating a design brief accurately. Preparing sketch design proposals for approval and progressing these to full construction drawing packages including all layer drawings and details, on time and accurately in order to meet the store design development program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare full package Leasehold drawings
• Liaising with the appointed Shop-fitters and Landlords as well as internal business parties (e.g. Contracts; Visual Display; Properties; Merchandisers and Divisional Heads.)
• Prepare Council Submission drawings in line with local authority requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Either Architecture or Interior Design; to be AutoCAD proficient
• Have fashion retail store design experience
• 5 to 10 years AutoCAD and drawing office experience
• Additional experience that would be beneficial: Sketch-up, Photo-shop, 3D Studio.
• Additional competency requirements: Proficient in AutoCAD and computer literate (i.e. MS Office Suit). Have an excellent grasp of space planning
• Ability to pay particular attention to detail; is thorough and works accurately
