Due to rapid growth, we're seeking for an energetic and self-driven Local Direct Sales Coordinator to join our growing Sales Department.
The Local Direct Sales Coordinator will require excellent communication and inter-personal skills in face to face and by phone; projecting a courteous and professional manner at all times when representing the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the direct sales team based in Cape Town.
- Recruit new members for the direct sales department and make sure the training process is followed.
- Make sure that the direct sales processes are followed by the team.
- Support Student Services Executives in the Cape Town school.
- Keep updated the CRM with the department needs and make sure the team use the CRM in the stipulated way.
- Help with the marketing strategy to get more leads and sales for the Cape Town school specially and for other schools in the group in general: Google Ads campaigns, collaboration with other online directories, walk-ins, newsletters, etc.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our students consistently.
- Resolve problems with prospective students to ensure the student gets the best possible customer journey according to Bayswater values.
- Experience of working for the Education industry. Ideally in the international language sector.
- Sales experience of minimum 3 years. Education industry or services. (B2C)
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- One of the following languages as a second language: French, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, German, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Thai, Russian or Italian.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- An undergraduate degree focus on business, marketing, sales, language, or tourism.
- Work experience managing people and/or experience in recruitment.
- Overseas studying/working experience, ideally with exposure to an international environment.
- Knowledge or experience in the marketing field will be a plus, especially digital marketing.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable to learn new systems.
- Well organised and able to manage a varied and demanding workload.
