Role Purpose
The Senior Contracts Manager oversees delivery of projects from the start through to completion, establishing the optimal contractual framework, overseeing its successful management and delivery whilst ensuring positive economic outcomes. The incumbent functions as the first point of contact for all project stakeholders and guarantees Quality and HSE standards as well as contractual and legislative compliance.
Key Performance Areas
1. Providing effective leadership in the promotion of HSE compliance in the workplace
2. Taking complete responsibility and accountability for the overall quality compliance of all projects under his/her
control
3. Drives short- and long-term planning and programming and oversees optimal document management and
business reporting through SharePoint and the BOS system
4. Plans, monitors and manages project Costs, ensuring effective optimisation of site financial performance
5. Manages Stakeholders and protects reputation risks through ethical contracting and relationship practices

Tertiary Degree / Diploma (Building or Civil)
Professional Registration
SACPCMP (Construction Manager)

- 15 Years + Building Construction Technical Experience
- 8 Years + Managerial Experience
