INTRODUCTION:
We are looking for a strong operational and analytical individual with a business consulting background who can understand business problems, workflows, and systems to drive business decisions to improve profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout many areas of the business. The role involves investigating all aspects of our organizational management and require good research skills, analytical skills, and creative thinking.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions in Salesforce and compatible BI tools.
- Perform detailed analysis on our business processes and operations, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable changes.
- Create and maintain documentation on process mapping, operational workflows, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations.
- Implement agile methodologies in project management and operational improvements to enhance team flexibility and delivery.
- Manage and prioritize operational projects, from conceptualization through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead utilization discussions with all areas of the business and providing resource analytics for better decision making.
- Partner with the internal key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management, Client Service Delivery, Finance, Product, Technology, and Strategic Vendor Partners) to align with operational goals, processes and improvements.
- Provide and identify key metrics needed in multiple areas of the business to enable and drive decision making.
- Have the ability to do direct configuration on Salesforce and be able to analyse and assess teams technical deliveries.
- Certifications in Data Analysis and Business Analysis
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and convert them into actionable insights.
- Experience with process mapping and operational optimization.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for presenting data and insights in an understandable manner.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and principles.

- Proficiency in SQL or other database query languages.
